Autovest is a newly established holding company of a group of automotive accessories focused businesses. Autovest plans to invest further in growth sectors of the SA automotive industry, targeting a number of strategic growth segments.

The founding shareholders of Autovest are Mr Ted Waldburger (CEO), Mr Kevin White (CFO), Collins Private Equity and Nedbank Capital Private Equity. The founding shareholders have been the controlling shareholders of one of Autovest’s subsidiaries for almost three years and, in combination with the management of the underlying businesses, create a team with the right mix of industry experience and financial acumen to build an automotive group with a sound long-term future.
